Executive Chef

Winston has joined Pirates Point as our new Evening Executive Chef and has an impressive resume, having worked in St. Kitts, Trinidad and Tobago, the Four Seasons in Houston, and now Little Cayman, where we hope to keep him for a while.   Winston hails from Suriname and specializes in cuisines from Asia, Europe, Mexico, North and South America, and the Caribbean.    Please help us make him feel welcome on Little Cayman.
