I was on the island at a time that there were lots of holiday activities to participate...a Christmas program, a wacky costume parade on floats, a party, and special dinner with outside guests in addition to the always food perfection that comes out of Anthony and Diane's kitchen! The sunset watching guests were blown away with the incredible sunsets! The rooms are immaculately clean and well attended. What more could one want from a vacation! Perfect diving, perfect relaxation!

Great food, very small property (we were about a dozen divers and a couple snorkelers each day). Divers were all excellent and dives about an hour+ each, air and deco permitting. No real beaches on Little Cayman, but the diving is great and the eclectic mix of people was great - several divemasters, several marine biologists and four PhDs, so dinner conversation was lively and interesting.

Stayed January 2016, traveled with family

Can't say enough about Pirates Point dive resort. Diving off the reefs and reef walls was fabulous. Dive boat, tanks, equipment rental, 5 dive masters and small uncrowded venue make for a highly personalized experience. Never locked our room, completely safe and crime-free island with a population total of not more than 200. Iguana center, lagoon with good bird watching about the only additional activity you can expect. Usually two dives per day in the AM and early afternoon, then boat back to center for absolutely world class gourmet food for late lunch and then supper. All meals , beverages and bar included in dive package. If you are a beginner like us, there are enough dive masters to take you out in a group of one or two and they are very accommodating and instructive. We will be going back for sure.

Just returned from second trip to resort. Totally comfortable and laid back vacation. Felt like we were visiting best friends. Outstanding meals and the most pristine walls in the Caribbean. I have pretty much decided that when it comes to retiring the dive fins, it will be done with Pirates Point Resort on the Bloody Bay Wall.

“If you’re looking for a standard resort, this is not for you. This place is unique, quiet and quirky and it combines great diving with awesome food. There are long dives in the morning and opportunities for fishing and snorkeling right off the beach in the afternoons. There is also a swimming pool and Wi-Fi in the Bar.”

“…Pirates Point never fails to impress. The diving is the best in the Caribbean – what can beat Bloody Bay Wall, great visibility and lots of variety! …Pirates Point is at the top!”

This is my 6th visit to Pirates Point and it never fails to impress. The diving is the best in the Caribbean - what can beat Bloody Bay Wall, great visibility, and lots of variety! Pirates Point makes every aspect of the vacation a fantastic experience. The staff is excellent. They make you feel at home and relaxed, while running an efficient and safety-conscious operation. On and in the water, they retain their enthusiasm for the natural wonders and are actively engaged in finding and pointing out interesting life. On shore, every meal is outstanding. I can still taste Dianne's cinnamon rolls as I write! The rooms are very clean. The schedule suits me perfectly. There is plenty of time underwater, and still time to enjoy walking, bike riding, reading by the pool, beach combing, and sharing stories and pictures with friends. Good wildlife / bird viewing can be had on land. I have been diving at many islands in the Caribbean and have been on a few trips in the Pacific. Pirates Point is at the top!

We just returned from a 3 day/2 night stay at Pirates Point for our anniversary. Although my husband dives, this trip was just to relax. It is really the perfect place for a refreshing getaway. Little Cayman is charming, beautiful, and peaceful. I would truly say 'idyllic'. We spent much of our time in the shaded hammocks overlooking the sea. The food was more than outstanding! Plentiful amounts of amazing and varied gourmet dishes at every meal. The bread and baked goods are out of this world. We love that it is a small resort, with about 15 people there last week. The friendliness and service of the staff is outstanding. If you need anything, just ask. I must add that in all of our travels we have NEVER seen a clear sky as we did on Little Cayman. The Milky Way and full spectrum of stars were so visible. We sat out in the lounge chairs and just stared at the sky. We will most definitely return. Thank you Pirates Point!
